Green Trimming
Summer pruning by hand in the Riverland can be a hot and time-consuming exercise. We use Spagnolio Engineers green trimming machinery that effectively trims the sides, tops and bottoms of your winegrape plantings.
The fully adjustable twin Row green trimmer / Topping machine allows for two half rows to be trimmed in one pass saving time and money.
The two vertical topping cutter bars are designed to trim the sides of the canopy lightly while the two horizontal cutter bars trim under the canopy at the set height.
Summer trimming is essential to create better airflow underneath the canopy and for easier mechanical harvesting but also allows for sprays to penetrate the plantings more effectively.

Spraying
To support our complete vineyard contract services, we also have 2 Interlink sprayers. Our Interlink sprayers are designed with high volume soft air combined with fine to medium droplet sizes means a more uniform coverage. The sprayers are equipped with two and three-row sprayers, meaning a more extensive coverage over each pass, along with our skilled operators, saving you time and money.
We also replace all our Interlink spraying units every three years; this ensures we stay on top with the advanced technologies but also means we always have the top of the range and reliable machinery.

When it comes to redeveloping your vineyard, you want your infrastructure investment to stand the test of time. Which is why when we invested in post knocking machinery, we did our research to ensure not only was the equipment trustworthy but also had the technology to have less stress on posts.
Utilising Munro Engineers post knocking machinery, custom-designed to our specifications with a side mount which is significantly more efficient and effective for viticulture properties. Unlike the majority of post knockers on the market, the Munro design utilises vibrating technology which means less stress and ware on the posts.
Not only do we provide the post knocking machinery and operator, but we can also:

– Mark out the location of posts
– Run the trellis wire
